The man in the red circle is an "undercover" Israeli Soldier. These kind of soldiers dress like Palestinians and blend in. They can be found hiding between the Protesters or any sort of demonstrations. The main goal for them is Kidnapping the Palestinians! It dose not matter If he/she is young or old.
The name of this force is "Mista'arvim מסתערבים" . They are well trained and they are able to speak and communicate in Arabic language.
