“Beauty attracts beauty. If you want to know what you are, look at what you are drawn to.”

Fact: In the past six months, more than 2,000 rocks were hurled at Israelis in Judea and Samaria. Rocks can kill.

In response to EretzYisrael’s newest (failed) propaganda attempt, I conjured this little bad boy.

Wow - this is inspirational. This Muslim Man prayed on the top of Jabal Al-Noor, Mountain of Light, on the outskirts of Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

PALESTINE

Jamil Wael Risha, a 17 year old boy from Gaza City was injured by Israeli soldiers on April 26th. He was visiting the cemetery after Friday prayers near the Gaza-Israel border when Israeli soldiers left their jeep and started shooting at him and his friends. Jamil hit a soldier with a stone and the soldier responded by shooting him in the leg with a dum dum bullet, illegal under international law, that caused a fracture and serious damage to the muscles in Jamil’s leg. The bullets are banned under international law because they often result in serious bodily harm, internal bleeding, and death. Israel continues to use them despite the ban. Israel agreed not to fire on civilians near the border in their recent ceasefire treaty with Gaza. Israel has broken this ceasefire more than 150 times.

This childs father was murdered by Israeli soldiers.

I'M WITH PALESTINE

With whom do you stand? The oppressor, or the oppressed?

When you love someone, you pray for them and wish to see them in Jannah with you. That is the problem in this world, no one truly loves one another or truly wants good for each other. We should learn from the Prophet (Saw) who prayed and loved us without even seeing or meeting us. Now that is real love. :')

"I feel alone" - Don't.

‘It was We Who created man, and We Know what dark suggestions his souls makes to him: For We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein.’

82 YEARS OLD WOMAN CHALLENGED ISRAELI SETTLERS

82-year-old Hebron woman challenges Israeli settlers, troops alone

HEBRON  -- In the heart of the old city of Hebron, an elderly woman insists on staying in her old house despite provocative practices by both settlers and Israeli troops.

Um Salah, 82, said on Thursday she had been living in her house for 70 years, and that she would never leave it except for her grave.

The house, in Khan Shahin neighborhood, next to Shuhada Street which Israeli forces closed to traffic in 2000, is almost like a prison.

“A few days ago, I fell sick and my daughters begged me to go with them for a week only, but I refused and told them I would never leave my house. I want to die in my house,” said Um Salah.

“Since 12 years, this street in Khan Shahin has been isolated from the southern area including Abu Sneina neighborhood, Yatta road, and Bani Naim. The closure of this street has prevented contiguity with half of the Hebron area.

“There were about 500 shops in this farmers’ market, and they used to remain open until 10 in the evening. All the shops have been sealed off by a military order,” says Naji al-Batsh, one of the few residents who remained in the area.

More than 1,000 families left the old city as a result of harassment and provocations by both Israeli settlers and soldiers.

A SOUTH AFRICAN MAN KILLED IN SYRIA

▬▬                                                       member of the South African delegation who on Tuesday left Cape Town to take aid to Syria has been killed in a car accident on their way to Azaaz, close to the Turkish border, while three other members of the group were injured. This was confirmed by the Muslim Judicial Council (MJC) at 9pm on Friday. According to MJC president, Maulana Igsaan Hendricks, one of their members, Haji Mustafa Wilson of Mitchells Plain had been fatally injured in the accident.

He categorically denied social media messages currently doing the rounds claiming that the group had been shot at. "It is a tragedy that someone has died and the last thing we want to do is add to the rumour mill with unfounded allegations," said. He was responding to a BBM message that was circulated, claiming that Wilson had been "martyred" after the group allegedly came under fire in Syria.

According to Hendricks, the Darul Islam Institute delegation had travelled to Syria under the auspices of the MJC and with the co-operation of the IHH, the largest Turkish humanitarian organisation providing relief in the region. "The delegation had divided into two after leaving Cape Town with Sheik Irfaan Abrahams leading his group to refugee camps in Jordan. The second group, under the leadership of MJC secretary general, Ml Abdul Khaliq Allie, headed for Turkey and today crossed over to Syria by car. Fortunately, the women in the delegation remained behind in Turkey."

14 years old boy detained by israeli forces

Israeli police detain a 14 year old child today for throwing stones at a freight train in the occupied city of Nqab .

Israel’s land concessions for peace, 1967-2011.

All of the land Israel gave up was in the pursuit of peace.

Only EretzYisrael would call de-occupying the Sinai (which never belonged to Israel, ever) and allowing an extremely small amount of control in the bantustans of the West Bank and Gaza “concessions.”

It’s not like these actions (and more infinitely) are sanctioned by international law and common human rights; no, they’re goodwill gestures by the only democracy in the Middle East. /sarcasm

I’m finding it hard that EY still actually believes this stuff, because their disseminations are increasingly pathetic.

Wa salam aleikum brother! Welcome to the muslim family, you've probably answered this but how exactly did you discover Islam? Have a lovely day and good luck!

Walaikum as salam! Jazakallah kheir. :) You have a great day too!

I don’t think I’ve written about my first exposure to Islam, but I shall do now.

It was a wet experience… I was in a swimming pool, splashing about in Turkey at the age of 13/14, minding my own and living the dream.

I heard someone crying, but it wasn’t crying, because it came from the skies. It was wailing and yet it wasn’t because it was triumphant and strong. I didn’t understand what was said, but I just stood there and stopped and listened until it finished. Time had stood still and it called me without me knowing what, how or why.

That was the adhan coming from the masjid. I didn’t know that at the time. I didn’t know why Islam was. Heck, I think I thought ‘Muslim’ was a nationality or something… I learned many years (4/5) later that what it was.

So that’s my first exposure to Islam. :)

A UN Report out last month predicts that if Israel does not change its policies toward Gaza, the strip will be uninhabitable by 2020,

- About ten percent of Palestinian children in Gaza under 5 have had their growth stunted by malnutrition.

Masked Bahraini anti-government protesters carry petrol bombs ahead of a march in Malkiya, Bahrain, on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, where marchers were calling for freedom for political prisoners and honoring those killed in the uprising from Bahrain’s western villages. Youths with petrol bombs walked ahead and behind the marchers as lookouts for any riot police who might approach to disperse the gathering. Clashes between protesters and police erupted as the march was ending.

In JERUSALEM

Today Israeli bulldozers of the Jerusalem City Council, accompanied by Israeli soldiers and police officers, demolished three vacant brand new apartments in Al-Hardoub neighborhood in the At-Tour town in occupied East Jerusalem. Soldiers also demolished several homes in Hebron.

The Jerusalem municipality claimed that the apartments have been built without construction permits. Each apartment is 500 square meters.

Owner of the building Kayed Mohammad JARADAT, said that this is the third attack of its kind, and added that his family has been living in their old home, connected to the demolished apartments, since 1997.

he has been trying to obtain a permit for his constructions, and that he provided the City Council with all of the documentation and maps they asked for, but the Council never issued the needed permit.

BREAKING NEWS

israel army shot and wounded two Palestinian youths near a “security fence” close to Jenin city, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
The army alleges that the two Palestinians intended to “infiltrate into Israel”, but did not provide additional information except the fact that they were unarmed.

one of the wounded suffered serious injuries and was moved to an Israeli hospital in Al-Affoula, while the second who apparently suffered minor injuries was kidnapped by the army, and was taken to an unknown destination.

The harsh economic situation in the occupied territories pushes thousands of Palestinians to seek work in Israel, but the majority of them are not granted work permits an issue that pushes them to seek alternative means to enter Israel.

WEST BANK

Dozens of settlers raided a Ramallah village and set fire to 10 cars,

settlers from Ofra settlement entered the village of Deir Jarir and attacked property in the village, setting fire to 10 vehicles.

In recent weeks, fierce clashes have broken out in the area as Palestinians try to protect private land slated for annexation to Ofra.

Earlier in April, a group of Israeli settlers assaulted a resident of Silwad who sustained bruises and was hospitalized. In response, residents set fire to movable settler houses in a nearby outpost.

Settler attacks against Palestinians and their property is routine in the occupied West Bank and rarely punished by Israeli authorities, who locals accuse of failing to intervene despite being present at many incidents.

keep asking why .

500 more Palestinian olive trees uprooted in a single day - why? Earlier today Israeli occupation warplanes launch Sonic bombs "mock raids" western Gaza city, to terrorise 1.8 million civilians - why? Keep asking why...

JUST SO U KNOW

4804 Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails

4804 Palestinians were languishing in Israeli occupation jails including 14 women and 235 minors.  170 prisoners were from 1948 occupied Palestine, 177 from occupied Jerusalem, two from the Golan Heights, 536 from Gaza Strip, and 4099 from the West Bank.

159 were held in administrative detention, without trial or charge. 546 prisoners were serving life sentences and 1224 were held pending trials or sentences. the IPS was discriminating against Palestinian prisoners as far as prisoners’ rights were concerned, while pointing to the statement by the Shabak, the IPS and the higher court that the discrimination was “understandable and justifiable”.

After the forced evacuation of her house in Sheikh Jarrah by the Israeli Army, Israeli settlers are making sure this helpless woman‘s heart is well burned by making fun at her for her loss.

ISSAWI

Israeli government  negotiated with sameer Issawi to persuade him to accept solutions that do not include a return to Jerusalem . Despite suffering a failure of the heart muscle, his heart beats between 28-30 per minute and also suffering from liver and kidneys , the presence of water in the lungs which is causing severe pain in  his entire body, especially the chest ,issawi refuses to accept the offer.  The doctor warned that  sudden death could occur. ( In my opinion israel do not want issawi to return to Jerusalem coz it would mean issawi will be victorious .....)

Israeli forces ascend the rooftop of one of the houses in the area of Alkhadir town in west bank firing tear gas at the demonstrators.

This Palestinian Prisoners Day, April 17th 2013, Palestinian and international activists cut down a fenced section of the Israeli apartheid wall in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli occupation jails. A section of around ten metres was torn down near Ofer prison, where Palestinian prisoners can be tried in military court or held by Israeli forces.

Protesters wearing surgical masks cut away metal sections of the Wall, which they consider to be a symbol and physical expression of apartheid.

They said their action aims to send a message to the Israeli authorities that the Palestinian people will “never agree to have Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.”

After around ten minutes, one Israeli army jeep arrived in the buffer zone behind the separation barrier and a single sound grenade was thrown at protesters, who left shortly afterwards, having completed their action.
